By downloading or using Wexpers (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. License
Yusuf Şeker grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your Android device for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
2. Acceptable Use
- Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the App
- Do not use cheats, hacks, bots or exploits
- Do not use the App for any unlawful purpose
3. Ads, Purchases and Subscription
The App is free and contains ads. It also offers optional one-time in-app purchases and a monthly ad-free subscription, all processed by Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime in the Google Play Store (Payments & subscriptions). Refunds are handled according to Google Play’s refund policy. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Age
The App is intended for users aged 13 and older.
5. Intellectual Property
All content in the App, including graphics, characters, story, music and code, belongs to Yusuf Şeker or its licensors and is protected by law.
6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of game progress stored on your device.
7. Changes and Termination
We may update the App or these Terms at any time. We may suspend access to the App if these Terms are violated.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
