This Privacy Policy explains how Wexpers (the “App”), a mobile game for Android developed by Yusuf Şeker, an individual developer based in Turkey (“we”, “us”), handles information when you use the App.
1. Information We Collect
We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or location. We do not operate our own servers to collect your personal data.
- Game data stored on your device: your progress, scores, settings and purchase status are saved locally on your device only. We do not upload this data to any server. Uninstalling the App deletes this data.
- Advertising data (Google AdMob): the App shows ads through Google AdMob. Google may collect and process your device’s advertising ID, IP address, device and app information, and ad interaction data to show, measure and personalize ads and to prevent fraud.
- Purchases (Google Play Billing): in-app purchases and the ad-free subscription are processed by Google Play. We never receive or store your payment card details. We only receive confirmation of whether a purchase or subscription is active.
2. How Information Is Used
- To run the game and save your progress on your device
- To display ads (including personalized ads, where permitted) and keep the App free
- To unlock purchased items and remove ads for subscribers
- To prevent fraud and ensure the App works properly
3. Personalized Ads and Your Choices
Where required by law (for example in the EEA, UK and Switzerland), the App asks for your consent before showing personalized ads using Google’s consent tools. You can change your choice at any time from the App’s settings, where available. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalization, in your Android device settings (Settings › Google › Ads / Privacy › Ads). If you opt out, you may still see non-personalized ads.
4. Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services, which have their own privacy policies:

- Google Play Services and Google Play Billing – https://policies.google.com/privacy
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only with the third-party services listed above, to the extent needed for them to provide their services, or when required by law.
6. Data Retention and Security
Game data stays on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App. Data collected by Google is retained according to Google’s policies. We take reasonable measures to protect the App, but no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.
7. Children’s Privacy
The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will take steps to address it.
8. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, No. 6698), the EU/UK GDPR or US state privacy laws, including the right to access, correct or delete your personal data and to object to certain processing. Because we do not store your personal data on our own servers, most requests can be handled through your device settings or directly with Google. You may also contact us at any time.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

Bu Gizlilik Politikası, Türkiye’de bireysel geliştirici Yusuf Şeker tarafından geliştirilen Android oyunu Wexpers‘ın (“Uygulama”) bilgileri nasıl işlediğini açıklar.
- Hesap yok: Uygulama hesap oluşturmanızı istemez; adınız, e-postanız, telefonunuz veya konumunuz istenmez. Kendi sunucumuzda kişisel veri toplamayız.
- Cihazdaki oyun verileri: ilerleme, skor, ayarlar ve satın alma durumu yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır; uygulama silinince bu veriler de silinir.
- Reklamlar (Google AdMob): Google; reklam kimliği, IP adresi, cihaz/uygulama bilgileri ve reklam etkileşimlerini reklam gösterimi, ölçümü, kişiselleştirme ve dolandırıcılık önleme amacıyla işleyebilir.
- Satın almalar (Google Play Faturalandırma): ödemeler Google Play tarafından işlenir; kart bilgilerinizi asla almayız.
- Tercihleriniz: kişiselleştirilmiş reklamları cihaz ayarlarınızdan (Ayarlar › Google › Reklamlar) kapatabilir veya reklam kimliğinizi sıfırlayabilirsiniz; gerektiğinde Uygulama onayınızı ister.
- Çocuklar: Uygulama 13 yaş ve üzeri içindir; 13 yaş altı çocuklardan bilerek veri toplamayız.
- Haklarınız: 6698 sayılı KVKK ve GDPR gibi yasalar kapsamındaki erişim, düzeltme, silme ve itiraz haklarınız için bizimle iletişime geçebilirsiniz.
- Veri satışı yok: kişisel verilerinizi satmayız; yalnızca yukarıdaki Google hizmetleriyle gerektiği ölçüde paylaşılır.
